Job Description

As a Mold Dresser, you will play a critical role in preparing, repairing, and maintaining molds and dies essential for our production processes. Your attention to detail will ensure that we meet the high standards expected in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Maintain molds and dies, ensuring they are ready for production.
• Identify and troubleshoot mold-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of new molds as required.
• Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality control processes.
• Train junior staff on mold maintenance and operation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to extend mold life.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Technical Skills

• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software

Soft Skills

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Team collaboration
