Job Description

As a Project Manager (Infrastructure), you will play a critical role in managing the scope and direction of various infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, managing project budgets, and ensuring high-quality output. You should possess exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed in all phases of the project.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage project procurement.
  • Develop and implement project communication plans.
  • Track project performance metrics and report on progress.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of project staff.
  • Identify opportunities for improving project management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in infrastructure projects.
