DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer to lead our efforts in cloud architecture and deployment automation in Durban. You should bring experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to help drive the company's tech agenda.

Responsibilities

• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Enhance system reliability and performance through automation initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance workflows.
• Utilize monitoring tools to assess system health and performance metrics.
• Engage in security audits and remediation of potential vulnerabilities.
• Train team members and provide technical guidance on DevOps practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role
