Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders, Cutters, Solderers, and Brazers to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum welding techniques and be able to work competently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute welding tasks for aluminum components accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve welding methods.
• Maintain an organized inventory of welding materials and tools.
• Train junior welders and oversee their work for compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in welding technology or trade-related field
• Secondary education or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience, preferably in metal fabrication.

Technical Skills

• MIG and TIG Welding
• Welding Equipment Operation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Communication

Advantageous

• Additional certifications in welding: Any additional qualifications in related fields will be advantageous.
• Experience with complex welds and materials: Hands-on experience with various types of metals.
