Job Description

As a Project Manager in Bloemfontein, you'll take charge of project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. You'll liaise with clients, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Your strategic mindset will allow you to identify risks and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors for project success.
• Maintain transparency with clients and stakeholders on project progress.
• Assess project impact and effectiveness post-delivery.
• Support team members with appropriate training and resources.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate updates.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create KPI reports to analyze project success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience
