Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician in Cape Town. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing excellent customer service. Experience with IT systems, hardware, and software support is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve software and hardware malfunctions and report issues to vendors when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for staff on IT systems.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and research of technical issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and support tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
