We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to lead our Durban branch. In this role, you will supervise daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail and has a proven track record in management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of the store.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Foster a customer-focused culture among staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Implement loss prevention strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product orders.
• Prepare and manage the store budget.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree in Retail Management or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management

• Sales Strategy Development

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
