• Train and mentor junior staff and interns.
• Incorporate patient feedback into care strategies.
• Research and implement evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Assist with public health research and initiatives.
• Manage healthcare technology and patient management systems.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) is preferred
• Additional certifications in specialized areas are advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in general practice
