Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Shoe Machine Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. As a Shoe Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation of machinery and ensure that shoe production meets the company's high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate shoe production machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.
• Keep detailed logs of the production process and machine functionality.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve production processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery malfunctions.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Experience

• Prior experience in footwear or food processing industries is preferred.
