Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and provide support in a timely manner.
Identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT security.
Monitor and manage IT inventory.
Assist in the development of training materials.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field
Relevant certifications are a plus
