Job Description

An Eye Glass Frame Polisher is responsible for polishing and finishing eyewear frames to ensure the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision and attention to detail, contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform polishing and buffing operations on eyewear frames.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product excellence.
• Report production metrics and frame quality to supervisors.
• Use inspection tools to identify frame imperfections.
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors.
• Assist in maintaining the supply of polishing materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Train new staff on polishing procedures as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Training certificate in polishing or related field

Experience

• Some experience in the optical industry preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
