Job Description

As a Supervisor, Road Administrator, you will oversee road maintenance crews and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will help achieve high standards and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of road maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Compile work reports and provide updates to the Operations Manager.
• Monitor road maintenance equipment for safety and operational readiness.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with community and stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions on safety and operational procedures.
• Assist in the development of maintenance plans and budgets.
• Promote team collaboration and problem-solving in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
