Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in protecting our client's systems and data from cyber threats. You will work closely with IT teams to develop security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
• Respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Participate in security audits and compliance checks.
• Create and maintain incident reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding security updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years in a cybersecurity role
