• Provide crisis intervention and support families during difficult times.
• Document social interactions and care plan effectiveness thoroughly.

• Support training initiatives for staff on social work principles.
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work preferred
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of social work

Experience

• Experience supporting patients facing complex medical issues preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare systems

Certifications

• Certified Social Worker in Health Care (C-SWHC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
