Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Multi-Au-Matic Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art Multi-Au-Matic machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. You will play a key part in our production operations, ensuring precision and quality in every task.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Multi-Au-Matic machines safely and efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings to maximise production and minimise waste.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to avoid breakdowns.
• Perform inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify processes for improvement in operational practices.
• Document and report production data and machine performance metrics.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to workplace safety initiatives.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to integrate feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Additional technical certifications are beneficial.

Experience

• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
