Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Site Reliability Engineer who can uphold the reliability and performance of our systems. In this role, you will work closely with our development teams to design and implement automated solutions that ensure our services remain performant and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system reliability by monitoring resource usage and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation related to infrastructure and services.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices for system reliability.
• Assess new technologies for integration into existing systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years working in site reliability, DevOps, or related fields

Technical Skills

• Docker
• CI/CD tools

Soft Skills

• Problem solving
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• DevOps Foundation Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in automating cloud infrastructure deployments.: Hands-on experience with automation tools for cloud infrastructure.
• ITIL certification.: Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
