Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, educating patients, and supporting their recovery process. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Monitor and assess patient health, documenting changes and recommendations.
  • Administer medications and IV procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse license is mandatory
Experience
  • 1+ years nursing experience preferred
