Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our proactive IT support team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and staff while maintaining network systems and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure system security.
• Support the onboarding of new employees with IT equipment.
• Participate in continuous professional development and trainings.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Hardware Troubleshooting

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
