Architect

Job Description

As an Architect, your role will encompass designing functional buildings and spaces, from residential to commercial projects. Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and adhere to safety regulations and designer aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural designs, models, and presentations.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure adherence to designs.
• Research and implement sustainable design practices.
• Prepare and review contracts and agreements with clients.
• Maintain a keen understanding of design trends and technologies.
• Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in marketing and presentation efforts for new projects.
• Participate in professional associations and community events.
• Lead design charrettes and brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD

• Revit

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
