Responsibilities

• Perform routine tests and complex analyses with precision.
• Work with clinical teams to optimize laboratory services.
• Document findings and report anomalies to the Laboratory Manager.
• Engage in preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments.
• Contribute to laboratory accreditation activities and audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field
• Post-graduate coursework in laboratory management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare laboratory

Certifications

• Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (CMLT)
