Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Centurion. You will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective operation of IT systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate issues that require higher-level support.
• Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Assist in the deployment of new IT projects and technology rollouts.
• Provide training and support for software applications used within the company.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to improving IT processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in IT Support or related field

Experience

• Experience with help desk software is a plus
