UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will conduct user research, analyze data, and collaborate with designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX principles and a knack for translating user needs into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user interviews and focus groups.
• Use analytics tools to track user behavior and inform design improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights from diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to a user-friendly design culture within the organization.
• Support the team in implementing user feedback into design iterations.
• Maintain relationships with users to foster ongoing engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in UX Research or related discipline is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in user research

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in design software: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
