Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring our systems run smoothly. You'll collaborate with various departments to enhance user experience and maintain effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for mobile devices and remote access.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of software applications.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Follow up with users to ensure satisfaction with IT services.
  • Participate in IT projects to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Higher certification like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
