Join our dynamic team as an Architect, where you'll focus on designing innovative and sustainable structures in and around Stellenbosch. We seek a creative individual with strong problem-solving skills to contribute to both commercial and residential projects, ensuring that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible.

Responsibilities

• Design and document architectural drawings and details for various projects.
• Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to address any design issues during construction.
• Enhance and refine design concepts based on ongoing client communication and project review.
• Manage project schedules and provide updates to clients and team members.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Implement feedback from project reviews to improve design quality.
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide critiques of peer work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design-related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on design

• BIM Software
• 3D Rendering

Certifications

• Green Building Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Landscape Architecture: Background in landscaping and environmental design.
