• Draft and finalize technical documents for software projects.
• Coordinate with product managers to define documentation needs.
• Analyze user feedback to improve documentation usability.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather information.
• Implement best practices in technical writing and documentation.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Technical Writing Expert in creating user-focused documentation.
• Documentation Tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence) Advanced proficiency in using documentation tools.
• Attention to Detail Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Team Collaboration Strong ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
• Technical Communication Certification
• Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC processes to improve technical documentation.
• Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML and CSS for enhancing web-based documentation.
