As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions. Your role will involve creating data visualizations and reports, as well as interpreting complex datasets to highlight trends and insights. Ideal candidates will have experience in data analysis and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure meets analytical needs.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set data tracking processes.
• Develop predictive models to guide strategic planning.
• Provide training and support to team members on data tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related role
