IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic IT Support Technician to assist our East London office. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support network operations, and ensure the overall efficiency of our IT systems. Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT equipment.
• Assist in the development of IT training materials.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Conduct audits of IT systems to ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to all users.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical support

• Active Directory
• Remote Desktop Support

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
