• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets.
• Manage budget forecasts for e-commerce initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on e-commerce tools and practices.
• Utilize customer insights and data to enhance product offerings.
• Manage social media strategies for effective brand awareness.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address online feedback.
• Drive initiatives for customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Report on e-commerce performance to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus

• 4+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms
