Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Cape Town. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support decision-making processes across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide insights that drive business success. Your analytical skills will help us interpret complex datasets and uncover patterns that can inform strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective data-related practices.
• Utilize statistical tools to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Create data visualizations and presentations for stakeholder reviews.
• Assist in the development of data reporting tools that improve efficiency.
• Analyze and process large data sets to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related area

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• SQL Server experience: Familiarity with SQL Server for data management and reporting.
