Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven culture. You'll be tasked with analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting your findings to stakeholders, ensuring our decisions are backed by solid analytical evidence.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and translate into actionable business strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and propose performance improvements.
• Work with IT to ensure the availability of required data and analytics infrastructure.
• Engage with external data sources for additional analytical insights.
• Proactively suggest improvements for data processes and methodologies while adhering to industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in analytics or business intelligence
