Job Description

As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will engage with local communities to identify needs, develop initiatives, and implement programs that enhance social welfare and community cohesion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social work and a strong ability to connect with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
• Organize events, campaigns, and initiatives to raise awareness on social issues.
• Provide guidance and support to community members seeking assistance and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Document outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of community interactions.
• Participate in community meetings and forums to represent organizational efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, advocacy or related field
