Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams in the delivery of engineering solutions.
• Conduct site investigations and assess ground conditions.
• Prepare technical specifications for materials and construction methods.
• Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the project.
• Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Review and optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in project cost estimation and bid preparation.
• Train and develop junior staff and interns.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability practices.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering projects

• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D

Languages
