Job Description

We're currently seeking an Allied Health Therapist to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will provide support to patients through therapeutic interventions, contributing to their rehabilitation and recovery. Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of healthcare practices and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patients' needs and capabilities.
• Design comprehensive therapy plans customized for each patient.
• Deliver effective therapeutic services within a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient outcomes to improve health services continuously.
• Engage with patients actively during therapy sessions to foster trust and motivation.
• Provide guidance and support to patients about their rehabilitation journey.
• Ensure all treatment is in line with the relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Experience

• Min 2 years of experience in a similar therapeutic role

Certifications

• Registered Allied Health Therapist

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous
