Responsibilities

• Support users with technical issues, providing first-line support.
• Spearhead enhancements to IT services based on user feedback.
• Perform installations and upgrades of software applications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies.
• Assist with network setup and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all IT support activities are recorded and reported.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT Support or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Mac OS
• VPN Setup

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
