Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Pretoria. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing personalized patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for enhancing patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage both acute and chronic health conditions in patients.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Provide patient education on health management and lifestyle changes.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in patient treatment.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Facilitate patient referrals to specialized services as needed.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Advanced Practice Nursing (preferred)
  • Specialist certifications in related fields (advantageous)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role
