Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues reported through the help desk system.
• Provide timely feedback to clients regarding support requests.
• Work on special projects related to IT support improvements.
• Help onboard new clients by providing IT resources and training.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction post-support.
• Collect and analyze client feedback for service improvement.
• Assist with inventory management of IT equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support roles

• Mac OS
• Cloud Services

Certifications

• CompTIA A+

Languages

• English: Fluent
