Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software faults and perform repairs.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Create reports on IT support activities and issues.
• Assist in upgrading systems and software to the latest versions.
• Participate in training sessions for new IT staff.
• Provide technical assistance during IT projects.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux Operating Systems
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Languages

• English: Fluent
