Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries regarding computer systems and software applications.
  • Validate and resolve IT-related issues as reported by users.
  • Configure and maintain IT equipment, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Perform installation and upgrades for systems and applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues.
  • Research and recommend software and hardware upgrades.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions for new staff.
  • Assist with IT projects as directed by management.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical degree in IT or related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of IT support experience
