Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Durban office. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new employees. Your goal will be to find the best talent while promoting our employer brand to ensure we attract high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Work with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role
