Looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be tasked with interpreting complex financial data, assisting in budget preparation, and contributing to strategic planning exercises. Strong analytical abilities and experience with financial software are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in analyzing the cost structure of products and services.
• Monitor budgets and report on financial discrepancies.
• Support financial planning initiatives and strategic projects.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to junior finance staff.
• Participate in financial system improvements and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Relevant certifications (CFA/CPA) is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
