The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to assist with strategic planning. Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management based on financial analysis.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Assist in preparing year-end financial statements.
• Provide analytical support for strategic business initiatives.
• Monitor capital expenditures to ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop efficiencies in reporting and analysis processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields
