Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating teams, managing budgets, and delivering results on time.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee project implementation and performance tracking.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements.
  • Address any issues that arise and provide solutions.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies in project management.
  • Evaluate project success metrics and refine future project plans.
  • Manage project changes and ensure follow-through.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for team members.
  • Mentor junior project coordinators.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or engineering
