Job Description

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing our fleet in Durban, focusing on vehicle maintenance, performance tracking, and compliance with transportation regulations. Your leadership will help drive efficiency and safety in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Optimize routes for cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
• Provide training and support to drivers for safety protocols.
• Work with the finance department on budget forecasts and fleet expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Fleet Management or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics
