We are seeking a dedicated Network Support Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructures, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal network performance to support our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting efforts for network outages and issues.
• Engage with vendors for equipment procurement and support.
• Maintain inventory of network equipment and assist with asset management.
• Research and recommend new networking technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in network support

• Network Monitoring Tools

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud networking solutions: Knowledge of cloud-based networking environments and configurations.
