Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the supply chain operations in our Johannesburg office. This role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring timely transportation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the logistics of product distribution.
• Evaluate and select transportation options for optimal cost and service.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of logistics operations.
• Provide training and support to logistics staff.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in logistics operations

• Microsoft Excel

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
