You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental diseases, performing dental procedures, and educating patients on oral health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ dental health.
• Implement and maintain strict infection control protocols.
• Manage patient care in a compassionate and effective manner.
• Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Consult with specialists when necessary for complex cases.
• Participate in continuing education and skill development.
• Promote a supportive environment for team collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in dentistry

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Restorative Dentistry

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with Digital Dentistry: Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and digital imaging.
• Pediatric Dentistry Experience: Skilled in dealing with young patients to provide special care.
