Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labour laws. You will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee training, and development, contributing towards a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement HR policies that reflect the company culture.
  • Direct the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies.
  • Advance training programs that support employee growth and productivity.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and support employee performance improvement.
  • Supervise the assessment of employee performance and conduct reviews.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate across departments to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management preferably in a corporate setting
