We are actively seeking a Public Health Officer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing community health needs, conducting health education programs, and implementing public health initiatives. Responsibilities

• Evaluate community health statistics and create reports for stakeholders.
• Design campaigns aimed at disease prevention and health improvement.
• Engage with community members to promote participation in health initiatives.
• Conduct training workshops on health issues and best practices.
• Support strategic planning for health programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with governmental agencies on health policies and regulations.
• Research emerging health trends and propose actionable strategies.
• Foster partnerships with academic institutions for health research.
• Assist in developing grant proposals to secure funding for health programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in public health program management
