Responsibilities

• Support network connectivity and resolve related issues.
• Assist in upgrading new software and performing updates.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Implement security protocols and policies to safeguard IT systems.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest technologies and IT trends.
• Assist in project rollouts and IT initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS

• ITIL Foundation Certification
