Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain operations, leveraging data to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline shipping processes.
• Analyze market trends to inform supply chain planning.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Create and maintain metrics to measure supply chain efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on supply chain processes.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Data Visualization Tools
• Cost-Benefit Analysis

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with automated supply chain systems: Experience working with automated systems to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Project Management experience: Proven skills in managing supply chain projects from inception to completion.
